Payment Terms

 

For all performances, a non-refundable deposit is required to confirm the booking, with the balance being payable two weeks prior to the event. The amount of the deposit will vary according to the event and will be advised at the time of booking.  For bookings made within six weeks of the event, the full amount is required immediately. We will hold a provisional booking for ten days to allow time for payment of the deposit, but cannot guarantee to hold the booking after this where a deposit has not been received (although we will do our best contact you should we receive another enquiry for the date you have requested).

 

Should you need to cancel your booking after payment of the full balance has been made we will (subject to availability of the dancers) transfer your payment to an alternative date and/or venue to be held within three months of the original event.  If the cost of the new package is higher than that of the package originally booked, the difference will be payable at the time of amending the booking.  We regret that refunds cannot be given.

 

In the highly unlikely event of us being unable to fulfil our commitment to dance, we will do our utmost to provide you with an alternative performer(s). If you are not happy to accept such a substitution, then any monies paid will be refunded in full, however we cannot be held liable for any losses which may be incurred due to us not performing at your event.

 

The above is a summary of our payment terms.  A copy of the full terms and conditions relevant to your event will be provided to you prior to confirmation of your booking.  

 

Travel Expenses

 

The prices shown above are for venues within a ten mile journey of Rayleigh in Essex. A mileage charge of 50p per mile will be applied to all journies in excess of 20 miles (round trip).
